Any one has notification or circular copy as issued by the concerned labour department/authority which makes NSC bond mandatory for depositing the license security fee in tamil Nadu for CLRA
Yes , SD for labour license should be paid only through NSC in Tamilnadu, no official notifications, but government have taken initiative for refund process, while refund process in treasury takes time. So it's Advisable to go NSC
