ESIC Notice received against payments of Regular Contribution

Please advice.

Since April-2020 we have no any active member there in our branch situated at Mumbai that's why we aren't paying any contribution towards ESIC but today I have received a letter from ESIC for Payments of Regular contribution. In this matter what should necessary action do I take.
