I think that the the poster's alleged innocence as to why the BGV on his educational qualification goes negative is totally unbelievable. He is the first person who knows whether his credentials are genuine or fake.
In future, he should try to get a job befitting his academic qualification as well as his other potentials not only to perform a job but also to be an individual with honesty and reliability.

It may be due to certain clerical error, in this case if you know that your education details are appropriate, write a mail marking to the HR and the educational authority, demanding to give appropriate review. You can also call for punishment for the error maker.
