Need information Regarding PF contribution of international Employee

Need information Regarding PF contribution of international Employee

We have an employee who is from SSA country and having COC,

whether we need to remit his contribution in India

If not required what is the procedure..whether we need to inform PF Authority?

The employees from countries with whom Social Security Agreements have been signed are excluded from coverage in India. However, coverage will depend upon the agreement terms and conditions. You have to check the same and act. Though India had signed such agreements with a few countries the scope of the same may be verified because many of such agreements seem to have expired.
