Eligibility for Gratuity

Hello Seniors, I have a doubt regarding gratuity. I am working in a manufacturing company, and we work for 6 days a week. An employee joined the company on 7th Feb 2017, and his last date of working was 31st Dec 2021.

Is he eligible for gratuity?
