What Compliance Registers and Returns Are Needed for Delhi Shops and Establishments?

Hi everyone, we are opening a new establishment in Delhi which will fall under the Delhi Shops and Establishment Act. I would like to know what various compliance registers are required to be maintained under the Delhi Shops and Establishment Act, and what various returns are due half-yearly/annually.

For example, in Haryana, we have to maintain a health register, damage register, fine register, advance register, compensatory register, overtime register, Form 15 leave register, and Form 21 annual return under the Haryana Factory Act 1948.

Please assist accordingly with the Delhi Shops and Establishment compliance calendar.

You have to maintain an Attendance Register/Records, Leave Register/Records, and Payroll/Payslips.

Take care regarding Delhi Minimum Wages and Payment of Wages Act.

Haryana Factory Act 1948 Requirements

As you mentioned, in Haryana, we have to maintain a Health Register, Damage Register, Fine Register, Advance Register, Compensatory Register, Overtime Register, Form 15 Leave Register, and Form 21 Annual Return under the Haryana Factory Act 1948.

Please note: The Shop & Establishment Act differs from the Factory Act.

Dear Amit, we need to maintain registers for attendance, leave, payroll, payslip, etc. Someone mentioned that the provisions for fines, overtime, advances, damage, and Form D under the Equal Remuneration Act will also be applicable. Kindly confirm.
