I'm presently working with a firm that is involved in Engineering Design Services within the Construction Industry. We have around 130 employees currently working with us and need to reach a target of 200 within a month. Despite having access to job portals like Naukri and Monster, we are facing challenges in finding candidates who meet our requirements.
Could any of you suggest alternative recruitment methods that could help us achieve more successful results?
