Dear All,
I'm presently working with a firm which is into Engineering Design Services (Construction Industry). We have around 130 employees working with us and have got to reach a traget of 200 within a span of one month. We have access to job protals like Naukri and Monster, but even then we are finding it difficult to find people suiting out requirements.
Can some you suggest any other means of recruitment which could help us to reap fruitful results?

As for as my knowledge you can go for Campus recruitment ....and give advertisements through the websites, newspaper and business magzines and all....Try it out , it may give fruitful result to you....Better try first campus recruitment.....

As mentioned by you, advertisements in some leading newspapers have given us better results.
But Campus recruitments wouldn't be of much help to us as we require candidates with minimum 1 year of experience.

Apart from Campus Recruitment, press advt and consultants, you can initiate employee ref. incentive among your staff if the environment, package is good definitely you will be getting candidates through your staff.
