I found these from the downloads of CITEHR only, if you have not explored these, then these documents may prove to be helpful to you to understand OD .
Regarding presentations, you will have to share as to what kind of OD presentation you are looking for, e.g generic or related to some topic like Competency mapping, Team Building , Performance consulting etc...?
