Gratuity Payment Update: Where and How Should I Record It for Employees Over 6 Years?

Dear Team, please suggest. I have a few employees who have completed 6+ years, and I have processed the payment of gratuity to their bank accounts. Now, the same information needs to be updated in the register, right? In which register do I have to update? Is there any manual register available or a soft copy? Please suggest.

Gratuity Payment Eligibility

Any employee who has completed 5 years of continuous service with the company is entitled to receive payment of gratuity.

Processing Gratuity Payment

You can effect gratuity payment to any employee who meets the above criterion upon seeking separation from the company, by the concerned employee, along with his Full & Final settlement.
