How to update the employees KYC - if an employee has been marked exited in EPF without any KYC update?

Dear All, I have a query if an employee has been marked exited in EPF without any KYC update. Kindly advise on how to update the employees KYC.

KYC has to be marked and approved by employer during registeration itself or during employee working period.
If Not marked and exited, this can be done through member portal through employee.
You can also guide employee to submit joint declaration for kyc.
