Applicability of Integrated Annual Returns for lees than 10 employees under Shops&Establishment Act Maharashtra ?
If Yes - What is the due date to file ?

There is no annual returns for office or shop with less than 10 employees in Maharashtra.
The latest amendment says for establishment with 10 or less employees, only sec 7 and sec 36A apply
