Hi, What is the procedure for VPF, If an employee wanted to deduct VPF of some amount from his salary. What is the procedure for how the employer has to credit this amount in employee's UAN account? Please advise.
There is no specified procedure
However, it is a good idea to take the request in writing from the employee asking to deduct the higher amount and paying it to the PF department
