Hi, Can anyone help me with a draft to send to clients (companies) on behalf of the University (career Placement department) asking them - if they have any openings for Fresh graduates ( any fields) or are they recruiting?

Tell them who you are, e.g. University, explain what you are seeking and why i.e. what your university has to offer in the way of grads, add your contact details, and then end the letter.

Keep it simple, it's not rocket science.
