Statutory compliance claim - If an employee does not have his personal bank account

hr-svs1
If an employee does not have his personal bank account, as an employer can we accept his blood relations bank account for crediting his monthly salary? If yes, will not there be any problem with statutory claims in the future in case the employee met with an accident or fatal injury.
Thank You for your suggestion in advance

How you can credit the employee's salary to the account of his family or blood relations people's bank account. You are utilising his services and for the service rendered by him you have to give the compensation as .mutually agreed by you.

Please disburse his salary either by cash, in his hand or issue him an account payee cheque OR
help him in obtaining a bank account where your company has got a current account.

If he is married and if he has got a joint account (for himself and his spouse), you can issue an account payee cheque for the salary amount to him
