Hi All, I am looking for some good indoor/outdoor teamwork games for a group of 25 people. I would prefer games that you have already played and know exactly how to conduct them. Thanks in advance!
I have attached a PPT in which you will find some team-building games. All instructions are given in it, so you will find it easy to play them. Being a trainer, I have already used them and believe they have helped me a lot to develop team performance. Enjoy playing!
Thanks a lot for sharing with all of us. Please let me know how to attach the files. I also have some games with me, but I have never uploaded any files since CITE HR changed.
I have gone through the PPT, and it is really good. I am Narasimha, working as a Senior HR at a mid-sized IT firm in Hyderabad. I am planning to start an internal training program where I want every person to have a role as both a trainer and a trainee. Can you please provide me with some ideas on how to proceed with this plan?
Thanks, Shriti. But the morale behind each game is not mentioned. For example, the morale of the bottle game could be about catching the ball. Can you please shed more light on the lessons taught by these games?

Though a merger or acquisition has always been a prospective way of expanding, it is important to understand the impact of that on the employees of both organizations. In many cases, it has been seen that higher stress and uncertainty levels as a result of mergers and acquisitions have led to higher attrition. In order to understand this better, I am conducting research on employee attitudes in Mergers & Acquisitions. Please take some time to visit the following link and fill out the questionnaire. I would be deeply obliged.
