I am working as an HR Professional in a newly started ITES Company (3 months old). We have planned to go for PF next month and ESIC sometime later as we are only 25 in number. Is this way acceptable, or do we need to go for both PF and ESIC together? I searched for all of your previous posts, but couldn't find any relevant info to my query. Please kindly help.
