Feeling Pressured to Take Calls at Work: How Will My Leave Balance Affect My Resignation?

I have been working with Concentrix India for the last 5 years in the email department. I am currently being required to take calls, which I am not comfortable with, and it feels like a form of torture. I have submitted my resignation, but they are pressuring and tormenting me to continue taking calls.

Concern About Leave Balance Adjustment

My concern is if I resign immediately and I have 10 days of leave remaining, will this balance be fully adjusted in the final settlement that will be deducted from my salary? Do I need to make any payments in this scenario?
