Eligibility criteria for Appointment of Welfare officers in Tamil Nadu

Is a Distance Education MBA eligible for the appointment of a Welfare Officer in Tamil Nadu or not?

For example, a Distance MBA awarded by Periyar University / Alagappa University / Madras University.

If a person holds a university degree recognized by the state government, or a law degree, they are eligible to apply for the position of Welfare Officer.
