Dear Member,
Before directly jumping into any PPT, you must know the answers to the following three questions:
1. Why does your organization exist? What is the reason?
2. What are the competitive advantages of your organization?
3. What are the critical future challenges of your company?
Once you find out the answers, your PPT will start from that point.
Pitfalls to avoid while framing any PPT:
It is absolutely not advisable to copy and paste someone else's policy/PPT. The reason I tell you this is:
1. The things that are considered reasonable and successful for another company may not necessarily be applicable to your organization. Why? Because the attitude, culture, roles and structures, and strategic management processes are always different from company to company.
So, instead of using any ready-made material, I suggest and request that you work hard and smart (PDCA) to prepare your PPT.
I understand that some terminologies in this post may be a bit advanced for you to digest, but I am sure you will benefit greatly from this process.
Thank you for giving me the opportunity to share my views, which you may or may not like. I am available via email at [Email Removed For Privacy Reasons], and my WhatsApp number is [Phone Number Removed For Privacy-Reasons] for further assistance.
With Best Regards,
Prashant
