Supreme court of India - ESIC today scenario applicable on civil construction worker?

Dear Sir I want to know about ESIC today scenario applicable on construction work. Someone asked that ESIC is not applicable in construction work recent order of the Supreme court of India. This is an uncleared matter. Please suggest me. someone send msgs in groups, I dont understand the meaning of it --
