Monthly Fixed salary is.14625, on this gross 50% of amount consider as Basic and DA wages, and we have deducted PF on only Basic and DA wage, 40% of PF wage consider as HRA
in this salary breakup is legally ok or what, please suggest.
There is no legal restriction on how much HRA should be, so there is no problem with that part.
However, 40% and 50% equals 90%
What happened to the balance 10%?
