LABOUR LAW WAGE THRESHOLD FOR PF AND ESI

Dear all
I have gone through the new labour codes on social security 2020. Need a clarification. in this code there is no mention of salary ceiling for covering employees like 15000 for PF and 21000 for ESI .. even in current pf or esi act. it only mentioned "such wages as may be prescribed by the appropriate Government".

where do i get that reference.
my question might look silly.. pl dont mistake me. as iam new to this and in learning stage. i need expert guidance and advice.

THE wage ceiling is not in the code as it would then need parliamentary approval for all modification. Instead they intend to notify the limits and the terms so that it can be changed by administrative order.

The limit of PF will be in the PF scheme or will be notified separately when the act comes into force. At the moment, consider it at 15,000. But it is expected that the limit will be increased to 21,000 as ESIC is already at that level.

Where do i get the existing notification with regard to pf and esi or such applicable threshold for various other acts. Is there any official site where such notifications come from time to time.
