What would be the consequence if my current employer discovers I have hidden 3 weeks of a short stint on my resume?

Please note that I have received a relieving letter from that employer, but that employer has tagged my UAN in EPFO, and I have provided the same UAN to my current employer.

Your UAN remains the same in PF throughout your life. It is a unique ID provided to you. With the UAN, it is possible for the employer to know your employment history. Whether they will do it or the action that would follow is only a matter of speculation, as we are not aware of the organizational culture of your present firm.
