For a Pvt Ltd. company startup in Telangana, is it mandatory to register with EPFO when the number of employees is less than 20 and we are already registered with ESIC?
Mr. GSI, you do not need to register under PF if you have fewer than 20 employees. If you are a newly formed company, they may have created a PF ID for you automatically; you need to get that canceled.
