How to leave organisation before employment agreement period lapses

I have 3 years agreement with my current organization. However, I have completed 2.3 yrs.
But unfortunately, I unable to continue my further services, so that how can I get the relieving from the company?

You should provide more and complete details if you expect answers from the forum.
Just giving such a cryptic post, what do you expect people will say? If they make wrong assumptions, you will get a wrong answer (or many will just skip the post all together)

Yes, why is it that you are "unable to continue" your further services? May be, there are deeper issues!
