Need Help Withdrawing PF from EMC (2011-2015) Without HR Contact Info – What Should I Do?

Hello Sir/Madam, I worked with EMC Corporation (now Dell EMC) from 2011 to 2015; however, the provident fund (PF) amount was not transferred to any subsequent organization I worked for. As the Universal Account Number (UAN) was not created at that time, it is not showing up in the Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO). I would like to withdraw the PF amount urgently as I have not been in service for 5 months now. How can I contact the EMC HR or the relevant personnel to withdraw the amount since I do not have the HR information? Kindly assist.

Submitting Form 19 for PF Withdrawal

If your employer is not traceable, you can submit Form 19 duly signed by a gazetted officer or the bank manager. Please talk to the PRO of the PF Office for details.
