Hi guys, I'm doing my final year MBA project on recruitment and selection, the faculty where asking on what basis you're taking
from the side of HR managers view or employees view
which is useful whether we have to take both side views or have to take one side view to do the project

It depends on the objectives of your study, the scope has to be set accordingly. For a topic like recruitment and selection, you can approach from the employer perspective or employee perspective or even both. The questionnaire has to be separate for both.
