Employment overlap of one day

Hi ,
There is a overlap of 1 day in my employment. Doj in new company is same as relieving date in old . However I joined a new company in evening by asking hr to initiate onboarding only after I received exit clearances & all letters from my old company . Would this cause issues in future if I make a switch again

Overlapping of 1 day will effect in your PF transfer and withdrawal case. Even though it will be the question mark of your future employments, how DOJ & reliving would be the same.
