Salary breakup/structure

Hi All

I need to work on salary structure .my company is starting PF and that needs to be included in salary structure of existing resources.
Help me with the structure

currently we have only Basic,HRA and other -components in salary structure.

do we need to change offer and appointment letter too

Please guide
