In the case of a start up, what should be the minimum employee strength for the formation of an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) under POSH? Is there any restriction regarding the number of employees?

The law and rules do not provide a minimum number of persons for applicability of the law and therefore there is no minimum for the setting up of the ICC
