Need a date change for relieving letter - because of the dual employment no company is ready to hire

At my 1st organization, I was on the bench from 1st Jan 2021. We were asked to look for jobs. I got a new job in the 2nd organization, wherein the HR there asked me to resign the same day that is on 8th Jan and gave me the offer letter for the same. But due to some reasons, the letter came up as an error and never reached the company. On the next day, I sent a mail again which went through

The issue here what happened was my 1st organization resignation got accepted on 11th Jan as 9th Jan was Saturday, but for my 2nd organization, the joining date is on 8th Jan where (8,9,10,11 January ) shows as dual employment. Now when I am applying for 3rd organization because of the dual employment no company is ready to hire

No company is willing to give you a job because of a 4 day overlap?

Did they tell you that there was an overlap as the reason for rejection?
