Filing ESIC and PF with No Employees: How Do I Handle Self-Declaration?

I have newly incorporated a company and have obtained the company's ESIC and PF registration. We do not have any employees, and none of the Directors are taking salaries. Can anyone guide me on how to file ESIC or PF? Or, on which email ID or address do I have to send an email or letter for self-declaration?
