Why Was My PF Claim Under Form 10C Rejected with Zero Amount? Seeking Help to Resolve This Issue

My PF claim form 10C has been rejected, showing the authorized amount is zero. I have searched every platform to ascertain the reason behind this, but I have not been able to find any answers.

I kindly request the members to help me understand why this problem occurred and what I can do to resolve it.

Form 10-C is for pension claims under the PF & Misc. Act. Please check whether any contributions have been made to the Pension Fund by your organization. If you joined the organization with a PF Gross (Basic + DA) of more than ₹15,000 per month on or after September 1, 2014, then you are not eligible for Pension Fund membership if it is not a continuity of membership.
