Labour Law Compliances for a newly incorporated LLP - what should be the base to start the compliances?

Hello Experts, I want to start labor law compliances for a newly incorporated LLP so what should be the base to start the compliances and how should I proceed thereafter kindly suggest the registration process. (I have maintained employee files with their personal documents and appointment letters)

Labour law compliances depend on the number of workmen as to whether the threshold number is there or not. So please give us the number of workmen in the LLP before we comment on the compliances needed.
