My actual name is Rajiv Sharma, but at the time of joining, it was changed to Rajiv Kumar. My date of birth (D.O.B.) 20/07/1979 was mistakenly changed to 20/07/1971, and my father's surname was also not updated. Now, I submitted the Joint Declaration form in the PF Office, and my application was rejected due to the unavailability of a Call responsibility letter. Can someone guide me on what this letter is? Even our Personnel Department is unaware of this requirement.
