I have recently been selected for TCS. I have a total of 10 years of experience: 2 years in Company A (Training Institute), 3 years in Company B (Training Institute), and 5 years in Company C (Software company). TCS considers only 5 years of relevant experience from Company C.

My question is, does TCS conduct background verification for all three previous companies, or only for the last company, considering the relevant experience from that company only?
