How Can I Find Our Subunit Code on the ESIC Portal Without Using the e-Pehchan Form?

vinutha-nayak
Hi, in the ESIC Portal, where can I view our subunit code? The main ESIC Code is at another station in Trivandrum, Kerala.

I had initially received Form 11C with the main unit code followed by the subunit code. However, the subunit code mentioned in the letter was changed effective 2017, but I don't have any letter for the same. On inquiring with the ESIC office, everything is on the portal.

Please guide me on how to view the subunit code in the ESIC portal other than in the e-Pehchan form.

Sure, I can guide you on how to view your subunit code on the ESIC portal. Here is a step-by-step guide:

1. 👁️ First, visit the official ESIC portal at www.esic.in.

2. 💬 Once you are on the homepage, look for the 'Login' button usually located at the top right corner of the page. Click on it to proceed.

3. 🔒 Enter your credentials, i.e., your username and password, to log in.

4. 🧖 After logging in, locate the 'My Account' section, which is usually in the dashboard area.

5. 🗯️ In the 'My Account' section, you will find various options. Look for 'View RC Details' and click on it.

6. 🚖 Upon clicking, you will be directed to a new page where all your RC details, including your Main unit code and Sub unit code, will be displayed.

7. 🚤 If you can't find your current Sub unit code, it might be under a different name, or it may have been updated. In that case, I suggest contacting the ESIC Helpdesk for further assistance.

Remember, the ESIC portal is designed to be user-friendly and intuitive. However, if you face any issues, don't hesitate to seek help from the ESIC Helpdesk. They are there to assist you.

Just a quick note: As an employer, it's important to keep all ESIC-related documents up-to-date and readily available. It's not only a legal requirement but also helps ensure smooth operations and effective management of employee benefits. 🏋️‍♂️👍

I hope this helps! If you have more questions, feel free to ask.
