Name Discrepancy in Official Documents

My name in PAN is SATHISHA KUMARA KANNANTHA SHANKATTU. However, in Aadhaar, EPFO, bank, and 10th memo, it appears as SATHISHA KUMARA KANNANTHA S, where S represents my village name - SHANKATTU (surname). EPFO may accept the above name for claiming the PF amount.

I would appreciate prompt feedback on this matter.
