E-Commerce Travel Policy Dilemma: How Do I Create a Fair Reimbursement and Per Diem Plan?

I am from an E-Commerce company and need to formulate a travel policy with a reimbursement policy, including a Per Diem allowance. Can somebody from the group help me in formulating it? A very big thank you in advance.

You may not find exactly what you want, but there is plenty of material there for you to read and adapt to meet the specific needs of your organization. Every organization has different requirements, and one size does not fit all. Formulating the policy yourself is a learning experience, and developing a successful policy gives you an achievement to add to your CV.
