EPFO - Can we file e-nomination for others without giving Bank Account Details for family member?

In the EPFO member login portal, while doing e-nomination, the bank details filling column in the family details section is not appearing nowadays. Earlier, on Dec. 21, I had filled in the bank details. Now, when trying to fill in other details, the bank details column is not showing up. Is this a feature of the EPFO portal? Can we complete e-nomination for others without providing bank account details for family members? Please advise on how to resolve this issue and complete the task.
