PF withdrawal - "PREVIOUS ESTABLISHMENT EPS SERVICE RECEIVED BUT NON EPS MEMBER IN THIS EST.CLARIFY"

I have requested for PF withdrawal and this is the below error i got please help me
Claim Rejected PREVIOUS ESTABLISHMENT EPS SERVICE RECEIVED BUT NON EPS MEMBER IN THIS EST.CLARIFY

and for Pension withdrawal, i got this error
Claim Rejected NON EPS MEMBER IN THIS EST.BUT EPS SERVICE RECEIVED FROM PREV EST.CLARIFY
