Hr has trick fully sign by saying that your notice period is consider with your resignation date but u have to sign terms and conditions which leads 90 day notice period earlly it is 30 day , and also not agree to buy back? All wright take in solo direction. Also not provide me resignation acceptance copy.how i know which date they sign or not sign ,i draft a mail and give him time of 3 days but not answer.
