Hie HR Folks,
I am looking at pursuing CLDP (Certified Learning and Development professional) from Aon Hewitt!
I have 6 Years of experience in HR and 2 Years as an HRBP.
I am aiming at getting a deeper understanding of L&D so that I can add value to my current role. Can someone guide me on any information they might have related to the course?
