Facing Repeated PF Claim Rejections? How to Resolve Name Discrepancies Quickly

Every time I apply for a PF amount due to an emergency, it gets rejected with new reasons each time. Below is the most recent rejection reason. Please help me understand how to proceed and whom I should contact. I need the PF amount urgently within a week, as this is a critical situation.

The PF claim was rejected due to a discrepancy in the member name printed on the cheque leaf attached, which differs from the official records.

You can either apply with your bank passbook (attested by the manager with seal and sign).
