PF claim rejected due to member name printed on cheque leaf attached differ of the official records?

Hi, every time, whenever I applied for pf amount due to an emergency, it is always getting rejected with every time new reasons.. below is the recent one rejection reason, plzz help me how to get it done 🙏🙏 and whom should I visit.. need pf amount within 1 week, very very emergency.

Pf claim rejected due to member name printed on cheque leaf attached differ of the official records.

Please check whether your name printed on the Cheque is matching with your UAN or not?

You can either apply with your bank passbook (attested by the manager with seal and sign)
