Help me with some strategy or advise some ways to get experienced US IT Recruiters on-site?

I am HR of a US IT staffing company. I am unable to find candidates for Work from Office (Onsite) for our Hyderabad office. Most are asking for Work from home. But WFH is not at all proving as productive.

I have put up job posts on Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Facebook etc. but not getting relevant profiles.

Can someone please help me with some strategy or advise some ways to get experienced US IT Recruiters on-site?
