Is it okay to submit marriage certificate to update spouse as a nominee after one year from joining?

Is it okay to submit a marriage certificate to update the spouse as a nominee after one year from joining because while joining i want to keep my nominee to my parents..

Your nominations can be given to both parents and spouse, there is no restriction on any nomination that it should be given only to spouse.

Please mention the details of nomination and percentage shared by the nominees in all declaration form like gratuity(Form F), PF(Form 2 Revised), and if your organisation has GMC(Group medical Coverage) you can submit separate nominations as per the format issued by the Organisation.
