I am looking for the latest leave policy, specifically regarding mandatory leaves as per Karnataka State Labor Laws.

If your organization falls under the Karnataka Shops & Commercial Establishment Act, both AL (Annual Leave) and SL (Sick Leave) are mandatory. Maternity Leave is mandatory as well, regardless of whether it is a shop or a factory. Refer to the provided snapshot for further clarification.
