PF Claim rejected stating permission has not taken for contributing on very high wages

Dear Seniors,
Recently, the PF department has rejected the withdrawal claim stating the reason that, no permission has taken for contributing on very high wages. Kindly advise the way forward and how to resolve this issue.

We have paid the monthly administrative charges on the actual wages and not limited to Rs.15000

Having accepted the PF contribution all along, now the PF Department cannot refuse to return the excess amount remitted to them. Pl give details of how long the contribution was accepted by EPFO

Paid the contribution for last 25 years.
