Facing PF Claim Rejection Due to High Wages: How Can I Resolve This Issue?

Dear Seniors,

Recently, the PF department has rejected the withdrawal claim, stating that no permission has been taken for contributing on very high wages. Kindly advise on the way forward and how to resolve this issue.

We have paid the monthly administrative charges based on the actual wages and not limited to Rs. 15,000.

Having accepted the PF contribution all along, the PF Department cannot now refuse to return the excess amount remitted to them. Please provide details on how long the contribution was accepted by EPFO.
