I worked in A company for 9 months then I joined B Company and i worked for 5 years then i got offer from C company ( HDFC bank) in hdfc i was asjed to provide relieving from all previous organisation but i dont have relieving from A company from B company i have all documents, A company didn't fo FnF for years for each employees who left organisation and delays relieving letters also, i faked relieving letter from A company and submitted but in bgv it caught and i was asked to resign
In HDFC bank i worked for 5.5 month and i was given a Experience letter, relieving letter not provided and I was told that due to Red flag BGV i was asked to go and i will not get any relieving letter.
After then i joined D company and completed 1year also got confirmation as well. Now i got offer from ICICI bank .
Should i take risk and join ICICi or continue current job ??
Will BGV of HDFC job affect for ICICI job ???
I made biggest mistake of my life now i am not going to do such mistake which ruin my career.
