Hi, I worked in four companies in total: Let’s name them A, B, C, and D. I worked at Company A for 9 months, then I joined Company B and worked there for 5 years. After that, I received an offer from Company C (HDFC Bank). At HDFC, I was asked to provide a relieving letter from all previous organizations, but I didn't have one from Company A. I have all the necessary documents from Company B. Company A didn't complete the full and final settlement for years for employees who left the organization, leading to delays in providing relieving letters. To address this, I submitted a fake relieving letter from Company A, which was detected during the background verification (BGV), resulting in my resignation.
