we are having valid license under CLRA,1970 and deployed two sub-contractors who is having also valid state Contract license as per CLRA, 1970, but does not have shop and establishment registration . They are doing maint work by employing contractual workers of 60 nos and complying all statutory compliances as per CLRA,1970.
